Acceptance & Service Scope
By accessing or using RapiTouch, you agree to these Terms. RapiTouch provides typing practice tools, saved statistics for signed-in users, and optional AI-assisted text generation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally allowed to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you use RapiTouch on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login method secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes no bots for score manipulation, no attempts to disrupt infrastructure, no unlawful content submission, and no abuse of API endpoints or rate limits.
AI-Generated Text
AI text generation is optional and provided on an availability basis with usage limits. Generated text may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
RapiTouch depends on third-party services such as Supabase and Google APIs. Their availability and policies may affect parts of the service. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
The RapiTouch platform, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to text you independently provide, subject to rights needed for service operation.
Limit of Liability
RapiTouch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or complete error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RapiTouch and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data/profits arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may revise these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
